I started going to Tidal Lash in November 2023 and have never experienced anything less than exceptional treatment. The facility is very clean and extremely hygienic. The environment is welcoming and relaxed. You'll feel at home from the moment you walk in.
Tonya is my lash technician (that title doesn't give enough kudos to her overall capabilities).  During my sessions, she makes sure I'm comfortable and relaxed throughout the appointment. She provides informed feedback and recommendations to create my desired look. She's also a girl's girl. By the end of your first visit, you will feel like you've been friends for years.

Tonya was amazing. I’ve had many lash extensions done in the past and could never find “the one”. My past experience I would get redness underneath my pupil and burning sensations that would last a week. I have never had a tech actually take the time to research and explain what had happened. It turned out I was getting chemical burns to long exposure to fumes. Tonya made it a point to ask me if anything was uncomfortable and the moment it was she would stop, mist my eye, and fan out any fumes. I cannot rave about tidal lash enough. Very sweet and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended
